Are you an energetic and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding role in a creative industry? Our established Omaha-based screen-printing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with placing orders, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with our graphic design team to bring custom shirt designs to life!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist customers over the phone and via computer with orders
✅ Solve order-related issues with professionalism and care
✅ Guide customers through the shirt design process with our graphic design team
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for orders from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
* A self-starter with patience and enthusiasm
* Prior customer service experience (preferred)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Part-time Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Hybrid – Split between in-office and remote work
