Our franchise services the greater Metro Cincinnati OH region and is the only Image One franchise in the area. Business Development Managers will breakdown the region focusing on businesses throughout the area.
Position Overview
A Business Development Manager is the Outside Sales Representatives for Image One. Development Managers are responsible for developing leads that transpire into appointments for themselves by using whatever means possible including cold calling as well as canvassing businesses dropping off company fliers and literature. The Business Development Manager will ultimately meet with the prospects at their office, follow an interview process learning about the facility and its cleaning needs, then measure the facility to help determine the appropriate pricing. Once all applicable information is gathered, they will write a proposal using our software (CRM) and submit it back to the prospect for approval. This is a sales centered position requiring a detail oriented and aggressive mindset.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Dial for appointments - Cold Calling
- Canvass local businesses, a multitude of facility types
- Attend networking events establishing our company as potential partners
- Visiting with prospects at their office, running the meeting and conducting a detailed survey of the facility
- Completing/presenting the proposal to the prospect
- Follow-up with prospect to close the deal
- This position works directly with the VP of Operations
Qualifications
- Have an outgoing personality
- Be self driven, a self starter, work well alone
- Not accepting no as a option
- Ability to follow a structured process
- Experience in Sales is an enormous plus
- Intermediate computer skills
- Have a reliable vehicle and ability to drive around the city with clean driving record
- Must submit to a background check, drug screen and drivers abstract
