Senior Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual)

We are in search of a new Senior Treatment Coordinator who possesses a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Schedule:

• This is a full-time position
• Alternative Work Schedule - 4/10
• The office is open Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday per month

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have 5 years of experience working in orthodontics dental practice (pediatrics experience is a plus)
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
• Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
• Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
• Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Bilingual - the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the day-to-day treatments of the dental practice to optimize clinic efficiency
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
• Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
• Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
• Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
• Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
