Responsibilities:
The Administrator is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the facility, including:

Focusing on regulatory requirements – regulatory compliance

Fiscal management – collections from multiple payors
-
Oversight of all departments
-
Staff recruitment and retention
-
Marketing - including a willingness to be a prominent presence with involvement within the community – census development

3 C’s - compliance, compliance and census
Successful candidate must have excellent management skills and must be a "people" person as we are a "people" service industry. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and will be a positive impactful presence in the facility.

Qualifications
Requirements: 2 years Long-Term Care experience

Nursing Home Administrator's License
-
Experience in labor relations management
Salary : $15,000
