Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead, inspire, and scale our high performing sales teams. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing sales strategies to sustain and grow success across your region. If you have a proven track record of success building, developing, and leading teams to exceed sales targets, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Territory Business Managers to achieve and surpass regional sales targets.
- Attract and develop top sales talent, creating a high performing culture.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive New Business
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, making adjustments to meet and exceed goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, competitiveness, and personal and professional growth within your team
- Buld strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long term business success
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall Company vision
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, managing and developing successful sales teams
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to attract, mentor, and retain top sales talent
- Strong understand and ability to demonstrate defined sales processes, metrics, and best practices
