Job Summary

We seek a Senior Vice President to join our team in Elmsford, NY.

This executive will focus on shaping our company's strategic direction, identifying new opportunities, and fostering partnerships that drive sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic vision and initiatives.
2. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning.
3. Collaborate with executives to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
4. Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
5. Manage the corporate development team and foster a culture of creativity.
6. Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across departments and establish clear performance metrics.
7. Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with external entities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in M&A processes, including negotiation, financial modeling, and integration.
