Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor as will be based on site at our King of Prussia office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cash application, r eporting, p ayment research, and b illing
• Effectively communicating with our customers and field locations
• Monitoring terminated accounts
• Opens and sorts checks by location
• Accurately posts customer payments by applying checks, ACH payments, and credit card payments in a high-volume environment
• Scans daily deposits to bank
• Creates and applies credits to customer accounts
• Researches and resolves payment discrepancies
• Communicates with field administrators for application instructions
• Runs monthly statements
• Creates billings as needed
• Monitors terminated accounts
• Communicates with collection agencies regarding terminated accounts
• Assist Accounts Receivable supervisor with various duties as needed
  
  
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years' of experience in the full cycle Accounts Receivable process
• Minimal supervision needed
• Accuracy is essential when completing daily tasks and miscellaneous projects
• Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of manager
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
