Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and resourceful Candidate Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month contract, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. This individual will proactively source and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates for various roles, with a primary focus on sales, finance, and plant management positions. The role requires on-site presence three days per week at either our Elmsford, NY or King of Prussia, PA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and engage passive talent for key functions, including sales, finance, and plant management.
- Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct research on talent pools, competitors, and industry trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Database & ATS Utilization: Maintain an organized pipeline of talent using Dayforce ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Support ImageFirst’s commitment to DEI by actively sourcing diverse talent for key roles.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report sourcing effectiveness to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Employer Branding Support: Enhance ImageFirst’s employer brand through outreach, networking, and strategic messaging to attract top candidates.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (icims or Dayforce/Ceredian preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly in engaging passive candidates.
- Experience in sourcing for sales, finance, and operational roles in a dynamic, private equity-backed company.
- Ability to work on-site three days per week in either Elmsford, NY or King of Prussia, PA.
- Strong analytical mindset, with an ability to track sourcing performance and provide insights on reducing external search firm spend.
