Job Description
The Surgical Tech Shift Lead will be responsible for supporting surgical teams during night shifts, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Trauma Level II settings and general OR environments
- Valid BLS certification and/or NBSTSA or NCCT certification
- Familiarity with laparoscopic-assisted cases and experience working in teaching hospitals
