We are seeking an experienced, high impact Director, Financial reporting to join our senior-level HR team in Elsmford, NY.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Director of Financial Analysis will be:
- responsible for all monthly reporting of financials (actuals, v plan and v Pr Yr) to leadership and Calera, and ownership of related system to support reporting (Oracle EPM, etc.); also, responsible for quarterly reporting to Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting related to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- responsible for annual operating plan and developing monthly process for reporting results of forecast
- active role on exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with Calera
- responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the Company
- reports to VP-FP&A
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
- Effective leadership, mentoring and communication skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field
- PE experience of 2 years
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
- A key competency of the role is the ability to create and continuously refine complex operational financial models
