As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation. Our office is located in Oak Park, Michigan, and we offer a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home 4 days a week and collaborate with us in-office on Fridays.
About the Job:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit credit applications to lease partners for both existing and potential clients.
- Manage documentation submission to lease partners for finalized lease agreements.
- Generate and provide buyout quotes for end-of-lease options, supporting customers and sales team members.
- Compile and deliver customized lease reports for customers or internal company use as required.
- Assist with managing lease renewals, extensions, and terminations.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to conduct lease business reviews.
- Ad hoc departmental tasks as needed/requested.
- Sales Operations Support:
- Create managed print solutions contracts and addendums.
- Assist with ERP database entries for item and model creation.
- Create and send DocuSign packets for eSigning.
- Assist with creating proposals for customers in a CRM database.
- Assist with creating quotes within eAutomate (our ERP).
- Help with product configurations for current product lines (HP/Xerox/Canon).
- Ad hoc departmental tasks as needed/requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft Excel proficient (filters, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Experience in related fields through professional experience and/or coursework.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven multi-tasker, able to effectively juggle a broad set of responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Flexibility and adaptability in prioritizing tasks around demand.
- Self-starter who effectively prioritizes and acts with urgency.
- Experience taking on projects from inception to completion.
- Works well alone and with team members in various departments.
- Brings a positive energy to work each day.

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with equipment leasing and finance.
- Knowledge/experience with ERP & CRM systems (eAutomate & SalesChain).
- Knowledge/experience using DocuSign.
