Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth across a variety of owned and paid channels. As the leader of the growth marketing function, you will oversee internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives while delivering measurable results.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital presence across platforms and channels for our core market verticals. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments, and working closely with content, design, and product marketing to craft compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term growth marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and revenue growth, aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing growth marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in shaping marketing strategy by collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel ABM and demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email nurture, and owned channels.
- Manage external agencies and contractors to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with company goals.
- Work with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging, creative assets, and content strategies.
- Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks to measure the success of demand-generation programs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau) to optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Lead the development of email nurture programs, lead scoring models, and workflows to enhance lead-to-revenue conversion rates.
- Own the growth marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Partner with external agencies to ensure budget adherence and the achievement of campaign objectives.
- Manage, evaluate and onboard tools and platforms to support demand generation initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, webinar tools, etc.)
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in demand generation strategies and tactics
- 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing ABM and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels for product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) motions
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Statamic)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
