Sales Assistant

FOX 11/Telemundo is seeking a full-time Sales Assistants/Receptionist that is expected to support the sales team for both FOX 11 and our customers.

Responsibilities

The Sales Assistants/Receptionist general responsibilities include the following tasks:

• 
  Assist Salespeople with tools and proposals for clients
• Assist the traffic department to make sure our commercials are running properly.
• Perform general office duties.
• Protect the company s value and integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
• Commit to and accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Lead, encourage and promote positive team member engagement; empower individuality while promoting productivity

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be punctual.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess good problem-solving skills.
• Possess good basic math skills.
• Be teachable by being a good listener and willing to continually learn new skills.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Be able to set and accomplish goals.
• Be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
• Be able to work independently without direct supervision.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
