Responsibilities
- Use property management software with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide support for ownership and the General Manager.
- Process all past files.
- Ensure all executed lease files are entered into the leasing database and are accurate, complete, and organized.
- Communicate well with all staff and clients.
- Resolve tenant concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance with state TLA and federal laws.
- Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner about leasing and maintenance issues.
- Effectively handle all projects given and be able to take on multiple tasks at one time.
- Assist with monthly reporting as needed.
- Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and company owner.
- Assist with overflow office duties as needed.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills via phone, email, and in person.
- Penchant for organization and time management.
- Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and systems.
- Work well in a team setting.
- Multi-tasking is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Professional presentation, motivated and helpful demeanor, excellent communication skills.
- Leasing and/or real estate sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Highly proficient with computers and standard office equipment. Must have experience with MS Office programs, email, internet, file sharing, and portable devices. Experience with Appfolio is a plus.
- Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to the following: ability to walk properties and climb stairs to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and walk properties. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, etc. Must be able to work at a desk and perform repetitive motions and hand functions for the duration of a shift.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver License and reliable personal transportation.
- Must be insurable for the use of a company vehicle; requires clean driving history for the last 5 years.
- Must consent to a pre-employment background check.
COMPENSATION:
Wage: Hourly wage $20 - $23 DOE
Benefits: Paid holidays, paid leave.
