What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Teacher position at Imagination Station Learning Center?
Job Requirements -
General care of the children including, feeding, changing, potty training (if of age), changing clothing as needed, cleaning their faces and hands if they need help.
Teaching the children and following the curriculum. Doing Art, learning activities, circle time and sensory activities. Taking the children outside daily. Planning fun days and different things based on the theme as needed.
Following the handbook and all policies within the program.
Ensuring to help create a fun and positive work environment, working as team within the program, and attending team meetings.
Completing all required trainings to be able to work on the floor. Completing 30 hours of training yearly and attending staff development days.
Ensuring to have proper classroom management skills by having Organization, keeping all areas clean, re stocking the things needing in your room, completing your theme for your bulletin boards.
Keeping track of items children run out of and using proper communication to the families on what is needed for their children.
Using the app to update families on their child’s day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
