- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries or issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist clients with various services over the phone
- Process transactions, including cash handling, if required
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry
