Join the HR Team at Imagine Early Learning Centers, an Employee Owned Company. We are seeking a Recruiter/HR Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Perform tasks related to the general business operations of Imagine. Full-Cycle Recruitment utilizing various methods to obtain the most qualified candidates. Duties include Human Resources functions.
Recruitment - Talent Acquisition
- Place ads based on UKG job requisitions utilizing its Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), ensuring ad content is relevant. Update the Hiring Tracker daily.
- Develop, maintain and prepare reports, with varying levels of complexity to determine key performance indicators (metrics) - time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, turnover, and offer acceptance rate. Design strategies for improving these metrics.
- Hire proactively by assessing and planning for future workforce requirements that forecast Center recruitment needs for vacancies, such as high turnover periods.
- Implement, utilize and evaluate recruitment channels, and measure each to determine success rates.
- Communicate weekly with Directors. Screen resumes based on Center recruitment requirements to achieve staffing objectives.
- Interview and evaluate applicants for appropriate skill sets and qualifications for relevant positions. Market to applicants, all benefits - PTO and Imagine’s ESOP.
- Answer indeed reviews regularly and thoughtfully. Analyze exit interview and new hire survey and report on findings to determine improvements.
- Build applicant sources and develop partnerships to identify new talent pools.
- Plan and prepare recruitment events: digital and in-house.
- Register, attend job fairs and follow-up with resumes collected. Ensure a staff member is scheduled and present at all job fairs.
Onboarding/Offboarding
- Process new hires in UKG: ensure documentation is complete and data is accurate, as per each assigned Checklist, create emails and update the New Hire log.
- Oversee trainings for new hires to completion: Sexual Harassment, Orientation Presentation, and HIPAA, if applicable.
- Conduct Orientation Zoom Meetings with new hires on a weekly basis.
- Process HR actions, as per respective checklists, including terminations and transfers. Collect Resignation Forms and submit Confirmation of Resignation.
HR Administration
- Maintain active and termination I-9 Binders and documentation, ensure compliance. Train users to effectively manage I-9 E-Verify, run reports monthly to determine expirations requiring renewal. Prepare I-9s for the annual audit.
- Create, review, delete and maintain Gmail accounts and group lists. Audit twice yearly.
- Troubleshoot matters relative to assigned UKG modules and responsibilities.
- Develop and write instructional documentation for UKG modules to support Directors, Admins and staff.
- Manage implementation phase of projects. Test and maintain documentation.
