Imagine is a dental technology company at the forefront of computer-aided design and manufacture of dental prosthetics. Since 2012 we have been a reliable outsourcing partner by providing CAD/CAM custom fabricated prosthetics to dental laboratories. We’ve since grown to include providing dental clinics and labs with the hardware, software, and supplies needed to manufacture dental prosthetics in house.
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer relationships. This role focuses on consumable product sales and customer acquisition while collaborating with our outside sales team to ensure seamless customer service and product compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming consumable product orders via phone and email efficiently and accurately
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to bring in new customers and grow our client base
- Assist new customers with account creation and provide step-by-step guidance on using our online ordering system
- Partner with outside sales team to provide consumable products for new equipment installations and customer onboarding
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers through outbound calls to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals
- Provide customers with guidance on implant compatibility to ensure proper product selection and use
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a technical or dental industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills customer customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, including implant compatibility
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), email communication, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Organization skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
