Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Organize and perform accurate and timely processing of interview scheduling activities for candidates, including travel arrangements.
- Conduct phone screens as assigned by the talent acquisition team.
- Source and engage passive candidates through job boards and social media.
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are met by candidates and hiring managers; including initiation and monitoring of pre-employment background and credit checks; proactively identify potential issues that may delay start date within the onboarding process.
- Proactively reach out to new hires to assist them throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain TA updates for new hire orientation spreadsheet in collaboration with the Training team.
- Ability to assess current administrative processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with adhoc projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate the standards and principles of the bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders. Incorporate the high-performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example, and service in every facet of work.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of human resources experience
- Understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies
