Positional Overview :

Join a leading financial institution as a Trust Administrator, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate administration of corporate trust agreements. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in financial services, legal document review, or trust administration who thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment. You will be responsible for reviewing legal agreements, verifying compliance, and supporting internal processes at one of Wilmington’s largest financial institutions. Role & Responsibility :

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success :

  • Review corporate trust governing documents and legal agreements to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Locate and analyze physical and electronic files, gathering necessary reports and system data.
  • Verify that trust transactions are executed correctly based on contract terms.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in transaction administration.
  • Maintain accurate trust records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Generate and analyze reports to assess trends and potential compliance issues.
  • Support internal audits by gathering and reviewing required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve administrative and operational concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards to maintain accuracy and minimize exposure.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • One year of relevant experience in trust administration, legal document review, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial and legal documents.
  • Comfort working with internal databases, reports, and document management systems.
  • Education and Experience Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  • CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification if corporate trust focus.
  • Strong skills in pertinent software applications, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Salary : $29 - $31
