Job description

```Duties```
-Performs various landscaping and maintenance tasks for a 200 unit condominium

-Previous experience on a zero-turn mower, mowing. edging. trimming, limbing and pruning

-Daily cleanup of grounds

-Knowledge of basic maintenance repairs and general labor

-Assist contractors with snow removal practices and other outdoor maintenance tasks including power washing, gutter cleaning and general repairs

-Maintain strong approachable communication with unit owners, tenants, property manager and Board of Directors

-Assist Lead maintainer with general duties and daily responsibilities as assigned

-Clean pool, test chemicals and have the willingness to become a certified pool and spa operator

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or facilities management is a plus
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Carpentry, plumbing, painting, practical electricity and general building structures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices

-Knowledge of fire codes

-Ability to identify hazards, safety precautions and policies of all phases of the building operations and maintenance

Pay: $60,000-$68,000 per year
