The Imagine team is growing our client base, and we are inviting an innovative AI Specialist to come join our team! The AI Specialist will serve as the organization's leading expert on both emerging and established AI technologies, leveraging artificial intelligence to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys teaching technical concepts during an implementation process to a variety of audiences. Essential Duties 

• Develop and maintain AI solutions utilizing current best practices
• Stay current with rapid developments in AI technology, particularly with ChatGPT, and incorporate new capabilities into solution designs
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions to solve complex business problems
• Work with large datasets and develop pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI applications and define project requirements
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI tools
• Act as an expert on the various AI capabilities and actively participate in future product development opportunities
• Continuously monitor performance, report on the progress, and define strategies for enhancements
• Research and recommend AI tools, platforms, and software that align with organizational needs
• Work with internal teams to promote AI literacy and adoption by developing training materials and assisting in workshops or sessions
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees using AI tools, ensuring proper utilization and addressing concerns or challenges
• Ensure all AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations
• Assist in establishing and maintaining best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and security across all AI initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Needed 

• 4-year degree in a related field preferred 
• 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (OpenAI, etc.) 

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Expert level knowledge of AI tools (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot)
• Strong business understanding
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Attention to detail and self-development skills
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards preferred but not required

Qualifications

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
