The Implementation Specialists will engage with both clients and internal teams to ensure outstanding implementations. Essential Duties
- Gather requirements, test, and deploy implementation deliverables.
- Manage client expectations and ensure outstanding implementations according to project timelines.
- Effectively communicate timelines, status, and changes with internal teams and clients.
- Track progress of customer projects using internal tools.
- Educate and train clients on the effective utilization of products.
- Monitor and resolve client issues through ticketing systems.
- Document client request requirements and deliverables.
- Documentation of new and evolving processes, procedures and workflows.
- Ensure a successful transition of the client to the support team.
- Conducting remote or onsite training sessions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Needed
- 4-year degree preferred or 5 years of medical related field
Qualifications You Must Have
Required:
- Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Solid understanding of healthcare/billing processing operations (837, 835, 270/271, 277CA, HCFA-1500, UB04 forms)
- Knowledge of payment reconciliation processes
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Highly motivated, goal & detail oriented, and persistent personality
- Ability to understand and efficiently execute system-related solutions
- Ability to quickly learn technical material and apply new processes and technologies
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Intermediate-to-Mastery level knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work with internal groups and external users
- High level of enthusiasm and initiative
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with healthcare and EDI terminology and file formats
- Knowledge of basic SQL
- Experience with file movement and modification using Windows PowerShell and Command Prompt (CMD)

Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Up to 25% travel may be required.
