- Deliver comprehensive surgical care for retina and vitreous conditions.
- Manage a high volume of patients across various locations.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve patient services.
- Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and trainees.
- Fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Strong surgical expertise in retina and vitreous procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Completion of a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery.
- Proven history of providing high-quality patient care.
