Maintenance Director
Join our team as a Maintenance Director where you will oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. As the Maintenance Director, you will play a crucial role in managing the upkeep of our facilities and ensuring their optimal functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and upkeep of all equipment and facilities.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Oversee high voltage systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components to maintain safety standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in industrial maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within an industrial setting.
