Position Overview: The Vendor Representative builds and maintains vendor and customer relationships, and meets their needs in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
- Follow established efficiencies to increase capacity
- Communicate intercompany charges (ICBs) and inform supervisor of difficult vendor or customer disputes
- Perform basic updates to company software (SixWheel, ADP, etc.) to meet required service levels
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service as expected in our vendor Service Level Agreements
- Conduct all business in a highly ethical manner, exhibiting behavior, practices, and standards that uphold IMC core values
- Perform other duties as assigned
