Position Overview:
As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a talented team in advancing our liver cancer diagnostic device, fostering relationships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies, and positioning ImCare Biotech as a leader in the biotechnology sector. This role requires a leader who excels in deal-making and capital raising, with a strong understanding of the biotechnology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s vision and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Deal Making: Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements to enhance our product pipeline and market presence.
- Capital Raising: Lead efforts to secure funding through venture capital, partnerships, and grants, effectively communicating our value proposition to investors.
- Product Development: Oversee the R&D process for our liver cancer diagnostic device, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the biotechnology and/or medical device (diagnostics) sectors.
- Strong background in capital raising and deal-making, with a successful track record of securing funding and forging strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in product development and commercialization within the diagnostic device industry.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or PhD is a plus.
