Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Pharmaceutical Technical Center in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, developing innovative formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, biochemical, or related science.
- At least 5 years of experience in oral solid dosage forms development, with expertise in blending, tablet compaction, pan coating, fluid bed, homogenizers, and mixers.
- Familiarity with formulation processes, including ingredient selection, application, and characterization.
- Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, including tableting & granulation equipment, blenders, stand mixers, HME, homogenizers, and coating equipment.
- Experience with analytical equipment, such as UV/Vis spectrophotometer and HPLC.
