Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare data warehouse projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams, to define project scope and requirements.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the project team.
Qualifications /Skills:
- 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
- Strong background in healthcare industry projects, particularly within health insurance or payer organizations.
- Experience managing data warehouse and data analytics projects.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coordinating both in-office and remote teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Salary Range: $60 per hour on W2
