Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and model world class signal processing algorithms for complex integrated HW/SW systems
- Performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
- Develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
- Work effectively in multi-disciplined engineering teams where communication and innovation is key.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
Qualifications /Skills:
- TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
- Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
- Bachelor-s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with emphasis in Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, Wireless Communications, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master-s degree
- Strong understanding of C/C software development in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of software development tools such as integrated development environments (IDE) as well as version control systems and defect reporting tools
- Experience implementing signal processing algorithms in GPUs
- Experience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding complex signal processing solutions
- Proficient in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or Python
- Proven technical leadership skills ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
- Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency
- Proven record of continued self-improvement of skills
- Must be US Citizen due to government requirement
Salary Range: $90 - $95 Per Hour on w2
**The above pay range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. In determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Schedule:
- 9 AM to 5 PM
- Monday - Friday
