Description
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Facilities Services team, including vendor support and escort, maintain supplier records, data management, stocking and inventory and building audits.
Responsibilities will also include:
· Perform daily duties as per job requirements and as assigned be Facilities Manager.
· Daily inspection of Nashville facilities to ensure that the building is kept at high level of maintenance.
· Ensure that all maintenance and custodial issues in conjunction with life safety issues are addressed in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
· Ensure that UPS maintenance is completed on a quarterly basis.
· Ensure that all Client related spaces are kept at a high level of cleanliness that will consistently impact the employees, vendors and visitors experience.
· Conduct daily site walkthrough in Nashville to validate that work orders were completed.
· Respond to all email requests for building maintenance and general correspondence in a consistent and timely manner.
· Provide support for conference room maintenance, usage and scheduling.
· Conduct inspections of MDF room daily and record temperature readings and if necessary and report it up for corrective measures.
· Conduct daily inspections of the AVCN systems for the respective conference rooms.
· Ensure that lobby area is kept at a high level of maintenance in conjunction with ensuring that supplies and equipment are maintained at adequate levels.
· Perform other duties as directed by Facilities Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 1 year demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced office setting or related experience.
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
· Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
· Ability to make quality decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and critical thinking and operational requirements.
· Must possess a high level of customer focus that always meets the client’s expectations while driving operational excellence.
· Ability to effectively and consistently drive operational results.
