Job Description: Imedview is adding to its fast growing team and is looking for great candidates like you! We are hoping to add 6 PART-TIME employees to our expanding team.
We are a company that coordinates liability examinations with a focus on cultivating small town connections while delivering big city results to our clients. As a Medical Record Assistant, you would be responsible for assisting in the receipt of multiple medical records for a claimant. This involves data entry, follow-up phone calls and preparing documents for our clients. A successful Assistant will be able to work well independently as well as with others and has the ability to multi-task.
List of Responsibilities: ·
Communicating with medical facilities & offices to receive medical records.
Follow-up calls to ensure quick return time for our clients.
Uploading documents to cloud based software
Qualifications:
Medical Office/Customer Service Experience
Ability to work in templates
Organizational skills & not afraid to learn new technology/software

Job Type: Per hour rate is based on experience
COVID-19 considerations:
At this time, Imedview staff is working from their homes. Until further notice, our office in Saugerties will remain closed with remote working.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
