Imerys is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team in Lompoc, CA. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and facility design initiatives.
You will also support the implementation of new manufacturing processes, validation, and management of change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or minerals engineering and a minimum of 8 years' experience in process development, validation, technical documentation, and engineering standards.
