What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content & Social Media Marketing Intern position at IMGAcademyCorporateCareers?
The Content and Social Media Marketing Intern will coordinate and execute marketing goals and initiatives with a special focus on brand awareness, digital marketing and social media. As part of the Content Team, this position will work alongside social media strategists and content creators in their efforts to bring the entirety of IMG Academy’s brand to life in support of the broader marketing team’s goals and initiatives. The Content Team supports both, IMG Academy’s in-person and virtual business offerings, including its boarding school, camps, IMG Academy , NCSA, and more.
The individual selected for this role will have the opportunity to explore and develop skillsets in photography, videography, social media strategy and management, content marketing, and other general content creation and marketing efforts. The selected candidate will have access to gear, equipment and resources needed for content creation and social media management.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare, capture and distribute marketing content
Assist with social media platform management
Assist in creating an impact through storytelling across all of IMG’s digital and social platforms
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Coursework and/or strong interest in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Content Creation, Business or related field or experience
Knowledge, experience and passion for sports, education, or virtual based businesses.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated experience with digital/social content at a professional level
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
