PRIME VACATIONS is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager, to join the team. This role is not just about posting content; it’s about understanding our brand's unique voice, driving meaningful engagement, and strategically positioning PRIME VACATIONS on social media as a leader in the vacations rental industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and an aptitude for analyzing data to maximize the impact of our social media and paid advertising efforts.
You will play a key role in expanding our brand’s online presence and in supporting integrated marketing campaigns with creative and strategic social components. Your ability to stay current with social media trends and innovations, particularly within Meta platforms, will be essential in keeping our strategies fresh and competitive.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Craft comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals to boost brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Content creation and management: Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (including text posts, images, and videos) ensuring consistency with our brand voice and audience expectations.
- Community engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community by promptly responding to comments and messages and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Campaign and paid advertising management: Plan, execute, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns. Monitor and optimize paid advertising performance to ensure effective budget utilization and maximize ROI.
- Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- Trend monitoring and innovation: Stay informed on social media trends and technology, particularly related to Meta platforms, to PRIME VACATIONS maintains a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in managing and optimizing paid ads.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, metrics, tools, and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong creative and analytical abilities.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role within a marketing team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B markets.
