Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine paint and work requirements.
- Clean parts with chemical or mechanical tools
- Utilize airless paint sprayers in a safe and efficient manner, and in accordance with IMI standards, to paint custom parts
- Use common hand tools to assemble painted parts into complete assemblies.
- Prepare, set up, and clean equipment and supplies required to perform work assignments.
- Self-inspect quality of work to ensure it meets IMI and customer expectations.
- Attend company training programs and follow procedures as outlined in training.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and department managers.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of painting experience preferred.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret part drawings.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement.
- Ability to complete work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to fifty (50) pounds
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
- Use hands to handle, install, position, move and manipulate materials.
- Frequent exposure to extreme cold and heat
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration.
- Moderate to high noise level
- Interaction with team members in a respectful manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, overtime, and weekends as required.
