IMKO and our local Siouxland Client have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to assist our local Client with multiple businesses within their organization. This Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter / motivated, and focused. The hours for the Customer Service Representative will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p with OT as needed.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are / not be limited to :
- Inbound / Outbound Calls
- Greet guests as they enter the facility.
- Data Entry
- Assisting Customers with sales of awards, banners, signage, t shirts, jackets, polos and more
- Answer questions, resolve customer concerns.
- Call Customer when orders are ready for pick up
- Typing orders
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
Benefits Available and review after 90 days.
Paid Breaks, Overtime available.
What you make as a Customer Service Representative :
Starting Pay : $14 -$15
