IMKO and our Client Company are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
