Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Data entry into database (Filemaker) to track orders.
· Closing out work orders in bank systems.
· Job Closeouts – Entering technician service reports into File Maker.
· Following up with technicians on service reports.
· Assist with billing needs.
· Verify data that comes in from the locksmiths.
· Schedule appointments with customers.
· Communicate regularly with locksmiths.
· Support office staff with additional administrative tasks
Requirements and Skills:
· Team Player
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
· Microsoft word, excel and outlook are required.
· Strong data entry experience.
· High School degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
