Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

IMM Latino Factor is a leading distributor of Latino snacks and beverages, dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support our growing team by managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, new hire orientation, employee onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong collaboration with managers to support their HR needs and ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation and training programs to ensure smooth transitions
• Handle employee offboarding, including terminations and exit interviews
• Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal standards
• Collaborate with managers to provide HR support and guidance on workforce planning and employee relations
• Assist with HR reporting and documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, onboarding, or payroll
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and managers
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred to support our diverse workforce
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
