Sub-acute / Long Term Care Facility – Concierge
Coordinate the process of new admissions to the facility in a friendly, compassionate manner.
Be the primary customer service resource for the building and areas where the residents / patients are directly affected.
Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys to residents / guests and family members where appropriate.
Assist staff members to ensure the resident’s / patient’s needs are met.
Communicate with residents and family members to ensure that they are receiving services as requested and to ascertain any additional needs.
Must have time managment.
