Role Overview: The Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing household organization, overseeing kitchen logistics, and handling various errands. This position offers growth opportunities, including involvement in social media assistance and content creation for those interested.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization & Household Management:
- Maintain a meticulously organized pantry, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring all items are labeled and well-stocked.
- Execute errands such as grocery shopping and replenishing household supplies.
- Coordinate home deliveries, manage returns, and perform light organizational tasks as needed.
Kitchen & Food Content Assistance:
- Assist with ingredient preparation and organization prior to cooking sessions.
- Set up and dismantle kitchen setups for food video shoots.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
- Optionally, capture behind-the-scenes videos for social media platforms (training will be provided).
Administrative & Errand Support:
- Manage schedules, set reminders, and handle personal errands efficiently.
- Organize receipts, track expenses, and oversee online orders.
- Assist in travel planning and coordination.
Social Media & Content Support (Optional):
- Assist in creating simple videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn basic social media and content creation techniques.
