Description
Ambulatory Project Coordinator
o Provides overall strategy and technical solutions as warranted for a project which may include scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
o Provide a project schedule to identify task timelines.
o Mentors and motivates the team continuing to ensure a positive working relationship throughout the project.
o Coordinates the project of individual team members throughout all phases of the project.
o Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the appropriate Director sponsor.
o Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
o Determine which results can be measured and create tools for measurements.
o Be accountable for project results and report to appropriate Director.
o Tracks the financial aspects of the project, including the billing, account collection and proposal.
o Support Medical Director and Operational Directors as needed in performing their job roles and responsibilities.
o Schedule all appointments for Medical Director and Operational Directors.
o Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
o Attend meetings and take minutes when requested.
o Prepare PowerPoint presentations when requested.
