Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Medical front desk employee, to join our team. As a Front Desk employee, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our front desk. Customer service is the most important and getting along with all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist patients with appointments
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain knowledge of the EMR-Allscripts and Phreesia
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
-scanning, faxing and referrals
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a MEDICAL OFFICE IS PREFERRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer literacy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
