IDS is seeking a Growth-Focused Business Analyst (BA) with Scrum Master expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:
Business Analyst Responsibilities (Primary Focus):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and existing solutions.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with development teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Analyze and validate the impact of proposed solutions on business processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing clarity on technical concepts in business terms.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Agile processes and meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to support process optimization.
Nature & Scope:
- Limited travel required for this position (less than 5%).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Experience in software development or technology projects.
- Familiarity with digital twin technology, data visualization, or advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams in Agile principles and practices.
