Director, Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
Due to the rapid growth of our marketing team, we are looking for a Director of Global Demand Generation. You'll report into the Vice-President of Global Revenue Marketing and be a key part of the marketing leadership team.
You will own the development and execution of our global demand creation Top-of-Funnel programs, allocate and manage our digital marketing budget and provide strategic guidance and leadership to our marketers with the aim of creating net-new sales opportunities, accelerating growth and increasing brand awareness to drive leads for Immersive Labs products and services.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow) :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global top-of-funnel demand strategy to drive lead generation in our key regions and segments globally.
- Manage the execution of digital marketing channels, including all paid media (paid search, display, social) to maximize engagement and efficient use of spend.
- Design and implement a set of global nurture programs focused on educating prospects and moving them through the buyer journey.
- Optimize our Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting our highest opportunity prospects in collaboration with sales, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting and account engagement.
- Track and report on performance, lead quality and conversion rates using data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
