Main responsibilities: arranging appointments:
Plan and schedule team meetings, patient visits, or client meetings.
Verify that systems for scheduling—such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook—record appointments suitably and that they follow availability.
Dealing with clients:
Tell the client whether an appointment has to be confirmed, canceled, or postponed.
As soon as you can, respond to consumer texts, emails, and calls.
Specify the precise location of your appointment and any special needs you might have.
addressing problems:
To fix scheduling issues, make required adjustments to times or dates.
