Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team in St. Charles, IL. This role is vital in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our public adjusters. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to homeowners and property managers via phone and door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services.
• Schedule appointments for public adjusters to assess potential storm damage claims.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address any questions potential clients may have.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and diligently follow up with leads to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions of scheduled appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in appointment setting, canvassing, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively handle objections.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Demonstrated reliability, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM software or lead tracking systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
