Our most advanced pipeline programs are varegacestat (formerly AL102), a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors, IM-1021, a ROR1 ADC with an active IND, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, which is the subject of an IND expected to be submitted in the first quarter of 2025. Our pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences to help Immunome grow our team. This individual will focus on full cycle recruiting with an emphasis on providing extensive sourcing to build our candidate pipeline. They will screen and assess candidates, ensure a positive candidate experience, partnering closely with hiring managers and teams on best practices. This is an hourly, contract role. We anticipate 30-40 hours of work for a six month contract period of time.

Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Help build candidate pipelines and drive passive candidate generation strategies across various disciplines.
• Conduct candidate sourcing research utilizing a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM (Gem), Publication Searches, People Lists, Boolean Logic, and other online tools/research tactics) to identify potential candidates.
• Drive talent engagement: source, identify, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates to fill current openings and develop pipeline for future needs.
  
  

Screening

• Screen candidates for basic information, technical, and non-technical criteria.
• Work closely with hiring manager to identify criteria for screening applicants.
• Perform candidate scheduling, as needed. Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless administration.
  
  

Overall Excellent Recruitment Experience

• Continue to build our brand as an employer by ensuring every candidate has an outstanding and inclusive experience.
• Own the recruitment lifecycle from client intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner and work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, insights, and advise on talent acquisition best practices and employment law.
• Provide timely information and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting in the biotechnology/life sciences industry is required.
• Able to work on-site a minimum of one day a week on-site at our office in Bothell, WA.
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Successful track record performing full live cycle recruitment and proven ability to create thorough candidate pipelines in biotechnology/life sciences industry.
• Implementation and execution of targeted and creative sourcing utilizing a variety of tools/resources.
• Previous experience in biotechnology with a solid understanding of the competitor landscape.
• Demonstrated experience managing the recruitment of an array of highly technical roles from early in career to senior leadership roles.
• Exceptional organizational, time management skills, high degree of professionalism, discretion, and an unflappable demeanor.
• Proficiency software and tools, including general tools and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  
  

Washington State Pay Range

$145,000 - $176,800 USD
