As a Strategy & Operations Director you will hold an influential role in leading and growing our practice in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. You’ll be a highly visible leader on a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You’ll be guiding multiple teams in driving operational process improvement. Your focus on business development and forging client relationships will help propel Impact Advisors towards being the key leader in the healthcare performance improvement space. Your depth and breadth of consulting experience will help you develop other leaders on the team as well as internal programs and methodology. Responsibilities
- Experienced director focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for our Payer clients through AI and Analytics solutions
- Business Development expert that generates new client relationships and focuses on growing established partnerships
- Internal leader adept at balancing managing project outcomes, mentoring teammates, and guiding practice development and growth
- Client partner that anticipates needs and proactively provides customized solutions. Engages, guides and inspires healthcare leaders to implement positive change
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Able to travel 80% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US
